🌹 Please try to enter or go out only during the chanting or mid-day break.
8:30 am–9:00 am – Energization and Mahamudra on your own.
Also take this time to set up your individual asnana, etc.
9:00 am: Opening Prayer, Chanting, Master/Swami’s voice.
9:30 am – 11:00 am – Meditation
11:00 am – 11:15 am – Chanting
11:15 am – 1:00 pm – Meditation
1:00 pm – 1:20 pm – Mid–Day Break
1:20 pm – 1:40 pm – Chanting
1:40 pm – 3:00 pm – Meditation
3:00 pm – 3:30 – Devotional Music
3:30 pm – 4:15 pm – Meditation
4:15 pm – 4:30pm – Devotional Music
4:30pm – 4:45pm – Meditation
4:45 pm – 5:00 pm – Visualization for World Peace and Closing Prayer
🐚 GUIDELINES FOR ALL DAY MEDITATION, SUNDAY, 22nd DEC, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🌹 Here are some guidelines for the devotees who will attend the 8- hour meditation at the center in-person to assure that everyone’s meditation is deep and inspiring :
Q. Could I participate in parts (for a few hours) in this MEDITATION?
Ans. Yes! However, Enter or leave the room only during chanting or music breaks.
🌷Please observe silence all day.
🌷Bring Headphones, earplugs, meditation pillows, Aum Boards, Malas, and shawls.
🌷Do not bring any crackling paper, etc., so as not to disturb the meditators.
🌷Do not wear down jacket that makes noise as you change positions
🌷The chanting interspersed throughout the day is designed to take you further into a deep meditation. You can stand in place to stretch during the chanting if you need to.
🌷There will be a twenty minute break at 1:00. Please remember to observe silence during this time. Water/Tea and Fruits will be provided in Prasad room during this time.
🌷Please do not talk outside the room.
🌷No cellphones in the temple during meditation or the chanting. No texting during the meditation.
🌷This meditation is not suitable for children.
