We will be conducting Foundation of Kriya Yoga ( Level 2) from 26th July.
Time: 11.30 am to 2.30 pm.
🌼 This class will be based on Swami Kriyananda’s book The Art and Science of Raja Yoga.
Some of the topics covered in this course are;
– Chakras, Energy & Magnetism,
– Devotion, Will power,
– Yoga philosophy,
– Yoga postures with Affirmations and many more….
🌼 The class will also focus on “Energy and “Energisation Exercises” as taught by Sri Paramhansa Yogananda.
🌼This will be a 5 class series.
