Namaste,<\/p>\n On Sunday, April 12th<\/strong>, from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm<\/strong><\/em>, we will be starting the Basic Meditation Course for Beginners i.e. Introduction to Kriya Yoga, Level 1.<\/p>\n This course will be held at Noida Ashram ONLY(Only offline and not ONLINE).<\/strong><\/p>\n This is a 2-class series with classes on the 12th of March & 19th of April.<\/p>\n Course Fee: Rs 1500<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n In this class series learn how to:<\/span><\/p>\n Fees Include a Free Copy of \u201cLessons in Meditation\u201d by Jyotish Novak.<\/p>\n Mamta Gambhir joined Ananda Sangha in 2009\u201310 and received Kriya initiation in 2011. Since then, she has been deeply engaged in her meditation practice and spiritual journey. She has undergone formal certified training in yoga, meditation, healing, and Yogananda Flower Essences, and actively shares these teachings through her work. Mamta brings both depth and sincerity to her approach, guiding others with compassion and practical insight. Professionally, she runs a successful export business in home furnishings.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n Sanjiv Mathur joined Ananda Sangha in 2012 and has been practicing meditation for over a decade. A certified Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) instructor, he integrates both discipline and depth into his spiritual practice and teaching. Sanjiv is a software engineer by profession and holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Delhi Technological University (DTU).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Ambika Sapra joined Ananda Sangha in 2012 and has been practicing Kriya Yoga since 2017. With over 25 years of experience as a school teacher, she brings patience, warmth, and clarity into her approach to sharing these teachings. She is certified in both Meditation Teacher Training (MTT) and Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), and is deeply devoted to serving the Guru\u2019s work. Ambika finds joy in singing kirtans and gardening.<\/p>\n Abhishek Chaturvedi is a disciple of Paramhansa Yogananda and a practicing Kriya Yogi for over 20 years. He is the Centre Leader of Ananda Sangha Noida. A Management graduate, he has over 10 years of corporate experience across banks, financial institutions, and the retail oil sector, including MNCs such as Shell. He later transitioned to pursue his calling of teaching meditation and yoga. For over a decade, he has been sharing Yogananda\u2019s teachings and training groups and corporates in meditation and yoga.
